In 2019, Dione and Felipe started Gaucho’s Dog. The two friends introduced a new style of hot dog to Ireland. Inspired by the Brazilian style of cooking – “why keeping it simple when you can have toppings?” -, they have created mouth-watering hot dog recipes for you to choose from!

Made with local ingredients that come from Irish farmers and shops and made fresh , Gaucho’s Dog strive on being as eco friendly as possible.
