Sick of seeing “Mexican food” being slung out of petrol stations around Ireland , we planned a trip to learn how to cook (and eat) real Mexican food.

We stuffed ourselves with tacos and beer , all for the people of Ireland.

Our vision for the truck was to combine authentic Mexican recipes with world-class Irish produce – all served with the friendly , welcoming atmosphere of both Irish and Mexican cultures.
